Partner / COO / Executive Producer for a Creative Studio

We are a technology-art studio operating at the intersection of culture, design, and innovation. We work on projects that connect art, technology, and public space—from installations and collaborations with institutions to comprehensive productions for private clients.

We are looking for someone to take on a key leadership role in the company—someone who can combine strategic management, production, and client communication. This person will take on a director-level position and become a co-owner.

Who We Are Looking For

  1. a key figure in the company’s leadership

  2. a senior professional with experience in production, project management, and/or team leadership

  3. ideally someone with a background in culture, art, or the creative industries

  4. someone who understands the market and has an established network of contacts

  5. able to combine the big picture (strategy) with attention to detail (budgets, schedules, spreadsheets)

  6. strong communication skills with both team members and clients

  7. empathetic, but able to set clear boundaries

  8. highly organized, responsible, and proactive

What You’ll Do

  1. manage the day-to-day operations of the studio (planning, prioritization, strategy)

  2. oversee projects from initial contact through to completion

  3. communicate with clients, partners, and the team

  4. maintain quality, monitor deadlines, and manage budgets

  5. contribute to the company’s direction and future development

  6. act as the link between creativity and execution
